Jacob and Jason arrived at our home to clean and seal our duct work. Nothing had been done with our duct work since the house was built in the 1970's. They shook my hand and proceeded to get to work. I can tell you that they both worked extremely hard. There were a few setbacks and they did not lose their cool. They also stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly and completely. It was a pleasure to have them in our home, and I highly recommend the company as we have used Hydro Clean in the past. Thanks!

Beyond ecstatic with the job they did! My technician Dave was so nice and professional and very helpful! He came in and made my house look and smell brand new (and it was in need of some major help!) all within an hour. He even helped lighten up a stain left by my husband when he dropped an espresso dark wood stain paint brush on our white carpet about a month ago. Needless to say I would highly recommend! Also this picture doesn’t even do it justice… so worth it!!!

I have had carpets cleaned before and I’ve always been disappointed. I have never had furniture cleaned, but thanks to a new dog , a grandson, and the occasional spill… My furniture looked terrible as did the carpet and the staircase. I did some research and chose this business. Prices were reasonable, and people gave good reviews. Long story short, I could not recommend This business enough. The technicians were awesome. The service was exceptional. My furniture looks brand new and so does the carpeting on the stairs and in the rooms. If you need service, this is who you want to do business with. A great company that stands behind their work. Didn’t take a penny until the job was done and I was satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They called me after the service not the next day, but almost 2 weeks later to check in and make sure that I was completely satisfied. Again, this is who you want to do business with!!!

I have never been so satisfied with a service that I’ve purchased. From beginning to end these guys are completely amazing. I had average wear and tear on my carpeted stairs. They looked filthy and it was really starting to bother me. My couch and chair looked pretty bad, considering a dog, a baby , and a few spills over the last couple of years. I was ready to throw the furniture away. I started doing some research into carpet cleaning because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past . I called this company. They gave me an amazing price. When the gentlemen came, they could not have been more professional. They explained every step in the process. Long story short it looks like I have brand new furniture and brand new rugs. Everything was completely dry within eight hours. Again, I cannot say enough about this company . For those who are kind of on the fence about getting their carpets and furniture cleaned this is who you want to go with. Amazing amazing amazing ! I will be telling everybody about this company.

We reached out to various contractors to clean our dryer vent (~March 2024). Hydro clean was very prompt/detailed in their response and the prices were the most transparent/fair. We decided to go with Hydro Clean and they were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. The technicians that arrived were very courteous/professional and it appeared that our dryer issues have been fixed. Fast forward a few months, we started having dryer issues again. We suspected there was more lint that was not cleaned out so we reached back to Hydro Clean to see if they could help remedy the situation (Note: We live in a unique home which is a split level townhouse on the 3rd/4th floor, so the dryer vents out to the roof which makes it more complicated than a typical job). Everyone I interacted with phone/email were extremely understanding and they had no issue sending out an expert technician very quickly to see what additional work was needed. Based on the recent work done, it appears that our issues have been fixed. We really appreciate the customer service provided by Hydro Clean and respect that they stand behind the quality of their service. They practice what they preach! I would highly recommend Hydro Clean to my neighbors/family.

the sales team Christina and Paige nnI delt with were very courteous and professional, explaining every service I needed to clean my carpets. I was contacted the day before the service with a reminder and on the day of the service was called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on the way. The service man Dave did an amazing job. He was very thorough and respectful of my home. I had Hydro Clean out to clean my basement carpet. Dave and Javon arrived on time . They both put booties on to cover their shoes before coming in my home. Dave measured everything out and gave the price before starting the job. They did an amazing job on my carpet. They use something called the butler system. WOW OH WOW my carpets look almost new again and smell clean. I have 3 dogs so I was very happy with the end results. Valerie in scheduling was very professional and set my service up asap. I've had various companies in my home many times over the years - MOST of them were disappointing. However I could not be happier with the job that Hydro-Clean did for me today. I have a wonderful sofa and chair combo that has a soft yellow background. It looked dingy and dirty. Now it looks BRAND NEW! I am elated. However, that is not all. IF i could give this company 10 stars - I would. In addition to doing a fantastic job - they were also: ON TIME! Called me to confirm! Were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous I never felt in the least that "creepy" feeling you sometimes get when letting someone into your home for service. I had a great team - Bill and DAVE! - they were awesome! Ask for them when you call for an appointment GREAT JOB HYDRO-CLEAN!!
