Comment: Charlie(Charles) was great. He is very professional and personable. The rugs look great and I am in the process of putting the furniture and top rugs back on them. I tried to write a good review for Charlie on Facebook but unfortunately you have to join Facebook to do so. Perhaps you could put in a good word for him so he gets the bonus. Comment: The berber carpet looks new again, the pet stains were removed so well with our cleaning. Dave & Mike are a great and pleasant, efficient team.

The technician arrived on time. He explained the process to me as he was providing the service. The technician was very polite and worked efficiently. My carpets look and smell great!!

Hydro clean was easy to schedule with, gave a reasonable price over the phone to clean 4 chairs and an ottoman. Dave was friendly and punctual, and the cleaning was effective and quick. Great experience!

Wilson was polite, pleasant and professional. He was a good listener as we walked through the house to make sure that we were both in agreement on what was to be done. I inspected the work before he left and he did an excellent job and he checked with me to be sure that I was satisfied.

My appt. was somehow altered which created a major inconvenience for me. The tech. arrived almost 3 hrs. later than I was told. However, he was extremely apologetic for the error and did provide excellent service. They also gave me an additional discount due to the error. In conclusion, I was very satisfied with the end result and my carpet looked great. Jamal, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I will use this service again.
