Comment: We had an excellent experience. Rhonda was delightful on the phone when I called to arrange for service. We got a reminder call and e-mail before our service date and a 2 hour window for the service. The cleaning team called when in route to let us know they were on the way. They did a great job.

Comment: Dave did a great job! One area was very dirty and Dave had to go over the area a couple of times to get it clean, so it took a little longer to dry.

They were very professional. My carpets looked and smelled amazing!

Yes,Extremely pleased with our carpet cleaning.Jamal our lead technician was super!A true professional. He explained to me the method of the cleaning. What to do during the drying process.He was very personable,polite and well knowledgable. His assistant,Brianna was also professional. Comment: The rug cleaners kept me updated as to their arrival time, which was so considerate and convenient! (They even called when they were 3/4 of an hour away) Great, very thorough job!! My rugs look great.

Comment: I have used Hydroclean on several occasions and have always been happy with the results. We did have an issue with final measurements of what carpet was cleaned and what we paid for.
