I had a great experience with Hydro Clean. I was able to set up an appointment in a short period of time for sofa and chair cleaning. The technicians were very courteous, friendly and professional. They did a great job. I would definitely use Hydro Clean again.

Comment: He has a great attention to detail but just missed a few dust bunnies that got away from him. His helper did well but could better go room by room checking what needs to be cleaned up and blue tape removed. No reflection on service just a observation . Great guys!!!

Comment: You guys did a great job cleaning my mother's furniture. We did not think some of those stains would come out and you made the furniture look like new! I wish you served my home town.

10 months ago My townhome was due for a late Spring cleaning. I had never had my ducts cleaned but suspected them to be an issue with the uptick in how quickly things became dusty in the house after cleaning. I had previously gotten my LR carpets cleaned by Hydroclean but decided after 8.5 years I'd get it all cleaned. In back to back days, Chris L took care of both days jobs with a companion each day. Chris was communicative and clear when he'd arrive in the assigned time window and did so as expected. During each job he was clear with me what he was going to do and explained the steps they would take. During duct cleaning they were careful moving the equipment and picked up after themselves. During carpet cleaning, Chris paused after each room and allowed me to review and ensure I was satisfied with the task. Overall, Chris L was courteous, professional, diligent, thorough, and communicative. My second experience with Hydroclean will not be my last!

both Derrick and Alger accomplished their tasks in a professional and courteous manner. they were methodical and did a great job cleaning cleaning after they finished their job. i admired the respectful.manner that Derrick and Alger worked together. it was great to watch. i recommend hydro clean and both Derrick and Alger. denise gilbert

Excellent service tech was on time and quickly answered my questions and got started. Did a job would definitely recommend.

My family had the pleasure to be served by Mr. Wilson. He was a soft-spoken friendly man. He takes his job seriously and is hard-working. He kept me informed and was professional. He measured one of my runners wrong making the price more than it should be and was up front with me about the inaccuracy and made the appropriate adjustment to the price. There was gum on the carpet of one of my rooms and he did a hell of a job working it out. I have been using Hydro Clean for years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.
