Machine broke down. Thought they should of come back another day. They finished using what they had. Nice people but I hope it is clean.

Booked quickly, when needed. Did an excellent job, very professional. All light stains were gone from our light beige carpet. It smelled great, was mostly dry and the pricing was as expected.

Comment: Very pleased with carpet cleaning service. Spots that another cleaning service said couldn't be removed were totally removed with Hydro Clean. Service guys were prompt and friendly.

Once a year HydroClean comes out to clean my sofa and dog beds. They are always fantastic and everything looks great!

Comment: The two men who cleaned our home were very polite and hard working. I was a little disappointed that most of the stains were unable to be removed but the rest of the carpet looks very nice.

Comment: Carpets look great! The technicians were friendly and conscientious, and were careful when bringing hoses in and out of the house. They informed me of the products used as well as the procedures taken to clean and treat the carpets. Some areas required a second “going over”, and it was important to the technician that the job be satisfactorily completed.
