Comment: I have had two opportunities to use Hydro Clean recently and the four technicians could not have been more professional or nicer or more thorough. I would use Hydro Clean any time and will use them again. Thank you very much.

Comment: Your technicians were professional and focused during their time in my home. I do have two very old large picture windows which are double-paned and the outside panes must be unscrewed in order to clean between the panes, but unfortunately they were not able to do that.

Comment: Hydro clean never made me fancy promises. They were honest about the age & horrific condition of my carpet. I never thought it could be clean again! One stain stays and I am glad that they did not put some magic chemical on there and it would pop back up the next day. My technicians were polite, hardworking and careful. I cancelled Teflon the last minute and they helped me clear an additional room last minute. I could not be more satisfied with the cost, integrity and service of this company. Comment: We could not be more pleased with your service. The service men were knowledgeable and courteous at all times. We had a couple of different services performed in one day. We had rugs cleaned in three different areas and stairs-my opinion the stairs were a lost cause, but not for them-and an anti microbial treatment and a sofa cleaned all in a couple of hours. We were thrilled with the outcome and the price. We highly recommend hydro clean.

Comment: I call hydro clean to clean my carpets with the thought that my bedroom carpet has spots that might not be able to remove, I showed the tech Dave the spots and most of the spots were removed making my carpet look better then I thought it'd ever look again. Thank you Dave and your assistance and Hydro Clean for a job well done. I have already recommend you to friends who are interested in your services.

Comment: The technician Dave Brown was the best! My carpet was so dirty and he made it look brand new. He worked very hard! He has been here before and I would love to have him back.

Comment: We could not have been happier with our service! We needed a relatively small wall to wall carpet cleaned. When it did not meet the minimum charge, Hydro Clean worked with us to see what other things we might need cleaned and was still much cheaper and easier than having the carpet replaced. We ended up having some windows washed and uphosltery cleaned and were thrilled with the service! The technicians were polite, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call again!

Comment: CommentsWe are still getting a pee smell in the room, but the cat is using the litter box. I recently moved the litter box because I was concerned that the litter box was sitting over one of the spots that was injected and because the box is so heavy that maybe that spot didn"t have a chance to dry completely. It only smells in that area. I am waiting to see if this fixes it. Otherwise, everything was great!

Comment: From the receptionist to the carpet technicians everything was excellent. I really value great customer service and timely work. The technicians were friendly, on schedule and did an excellent job. Highly recommend if you’re in need of carpet cleaning.
