Comment: The young men were very nice and worked hard on my old rugs. They did a good job, and we are glad to have them so clean. Unfortunately, I did not write their names down and can't remember that, although they did tell me several times. I have no paperwork with it on. I would use Hydro Clean again.

After having a terrible experience with another vent cleaning company (Right-A-Way Duct Cleaning --- DO NOT use them) I was hesitant to try another company but Hydro-Clean went above and beyond my expectations. Prompt & professional service and would highly reccomend!

During a difficult 2 week house clean out, Freddie was in charge and ran a changing crew with professionalism. He kept us informed and worked with us when we had requests during the process. He made helpful suggestions and made an otherwise unpleasant situation more bearable. Freddie made sure the clean out portion of the job was done thoroughly even when that meant he personally worked extra hours. Freddie is a true asset to the Hydro Clean staff and we would be more than happy to work with him again.

They were professional and on time. They did a really good job and I would use them again. The quote and actual cost was pretty accurate.

Comment: Trevor and James were absolute professionals and delivered premier quality service. They took care and rendered extra effort to ensure that my home was protected. They wore appropriate attire and gear; they were respectful and kind. Moreover, because of the care and cleaning rendered, my carpets are now in impeccable and pristine condition. Comment: The two that were here were very nice and professional to deal with. We really appreciate the efforts they put into getting the stains out of our loveseat.

Comment: Pet stains are still not that easy to get out which I thought they would be because I had the Teflon put on them. Otherwise, pretty happy.
