Kyle was outstanding! He was polite, professional and answered all of my questions regarding the carpet cleaning process to my satisfaction!

Kyle was professional, efficient and thorough. He explained everything and the carpets looked fresh, smelled clean and looked great! It was nice to move into s home where the carpets were freshened up. Would definitely use then again for our recliner and tile floor.

This is our second time using Hydro Clean. The technician, Alban(not sure if that is the spelling) was on time, polite, respectful and did an amazing job.

We reached out to various contractors to clean our dryer vent (~March 2024). Hydro clean was very prompt/detailed in their response and the prices were the most transparent/fair. We decided to go with Hydro Clean and they were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. The technicians that arrived were very courteous/professional and it appeared that our dryer issues have been fixed. Fast forward a few months, we started having dryer issues again. We suspected there was more lint that was not cleaned out so we reached back to Hydro Clean to see if they could help remedy the situation (Note: We live in a unique home which is a split level townhouse on the 3rd/4th floor, so the dryer vents out to the roof which makes it more complicated than a typical job). Everyone I interacted with phone/email were extremely understanding and they had no issue sending out an expert technician very quickly to see what additional work was needed. Based on the recent work done, it appears that our issues have been fixed. We really appreciate the customer service provided by Hydro Clean and respect that they stand behind the quality of their service. They practice what they preach! I would highly recommend Hydro Clean to my neighbors/family.

Albin did an excellent job on our carpeting. He applied his product skills to our challenging cleaning process. The results were more than we expected. We will gladly recommend Hydro Clean and Albin to our friends and neighbors.

Wasn't the cheapest I have gotten quotes from, nor most expensive, but let me tell you they were worth the money. I have hired other companies to take care of my occasional cat urine issues from sick cats in the past, none of them did the quality work this company did. They treated it with enzyme (normal), then sucked it up with car powered vacuum. Then they injection treated the pad, sucked it up. Then they used their "hyrdo clean" cleaning process.

Good customer service, on time for pick up and delivery, and my rugs look great.

Continuing customer for at least the 4th time. Best company for deep carpet cleaning. Carpets get clean without the harsh chemicals which is important for allergies and asthma. Techs are always very professional, polite, patient, and seem to generally care about the customers' needs. Just make sure that you point out all the spots you want removed. Would definitely hire them again.

James did an amazing job on my upholstery. He was very helpful, efficient and explained everything very thoroughly while having a very friendly demeanor. Their price is slightly more than what I previously shopped around for, but their cleaning comes with a warranty so it's worth it. Especially if you have kids or pets that may leave stains regularly. Would definitely recommend

Albin was great! He paid attention to detail and gave my sofa stairs and rugs a nice deep clean. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately they had a late start. However the carpet cleaning was excellent. The technician was very cooperative and the experience was excellent. They were late because they are understaffed

My technician Kyle Cantner was great. He was professional, thorough and as promised he called a half hour prior to arriving. He even arrived an hour earlier than scheduled which allowed me extra time to take care of some other errands. This was my second time using Hydroclean and the service has been exceptional each time!
