Great and professional service.

The operator was courteous and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I was disappointed that some stains couldn’t be removed from our area rug but they had been there for a long time. I am surprised at how wet that rug still is, a day after the cleaning.

Jacob and Jason arrived at our home to clean and seal our duct work. Nothing had been done with our duct work since the house was built in the 1970's. They shook my hand and proceeded to get to work. I can tell you that they both worked extremely hard. There were a few setbacks and they did not lose their cool. They also stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly and completely. It was a pleasure to have them in our home, and I highly recommend the company as we have used Hydro Clean in the past. Thanks!

Unfortunately they had a late start. However the carpet cleaning was excellent. The technician was very cooperative and the experience was excellent. They were late because they are understaffed

Beyond ecstatic with the job they did! My technician Dave was so nice and professional and very helpful! He came in and made my house look and smell brand new (and it was in need of some major help!) all within an hour. He even helped lighten up a stain left by my husband when he dropped an espresso dark wood stain paint brush on our white carpet about a month ago. Needless to say I would highly recommend! Also this picture doesn’t even do it justice… so worth it!!!

I have had carpets cleaned before and I’ve always been disappointed. I have never had furniture cleaned, but thanks to a new dog , a grandson, and the occasional spill… My furniture looked terrible as did the carpet and the staircase. I did some research and chose this business. Prices were reasonable, and people gave good reviews. Long story short, I could not recommend This business enough. The technicians were awesome. The service was exceptional. My furniture looks brand new and so does the carpeting on the stairs and in the rooms. If you need service, this is who you want to do business with. A great company that stands behind their work. Didn’t take a penny until the job was done and I was satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They called me after the service not the next day, but almost 2 weeks later to check in and make sure that I was completely satisfied. Again, this is who you want to do business with!!!

Everyone was so nice and came on time in the scheduled window. Donovan was great. He came to check our dryer vent. He was friendly and communicated everything to help me understand what they found. Kyle was also great. He did our carpets and explained all the options for me. They looked amazing when he was finished. I would use them again for a future service.

I have never been so satisfied with a service that I’ve purchased. From beginning to end these guys are completely amazing. I had average wear and tear on my carpeted stairs. They looked filthy and it was really starting to bother me. My couch and chair looked pretty bad, considering a dog, a baby , and a few spills over the last couple of years. I was ready to throw the furniture away. I started doing some research into carpet cleaning because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past . I called this company. They gave me an amazing price. When the gentlemen came, they could not have been more professional. They explained every step in the process. Long story short it looks like I have brand new furniture and brand new rugs. Everything was completely dry within eight hours. Again, I cannot say enough about this company . For those who are kind of on the fence about getting their carpets and furniture cleaned this is who you want to go with. Amazing amazing amazing ! I will be telling everybody about this company.
