Comment: The technicians were great! I was disappointed that some of the stains didn't come out of my carpet - but I guess that is why they are called stains.

Comment: They did not offer the deodorizer and left my back gate open. Other than that. It was the same awesome service that I am used to.

Comment: We have good things to say about Hydro Clean. They were friendly, did a good job and took 1/2 the time that we were quoted.

Comment: The technicians were polite and professional and communicated their procedures as and before they were perfomed. The hallway has taken more time to dry and is still damp 24 hours later. It could be due to its location and access to AC/air circulation.

Comment: Very pleased with the service provided and the professional manner of the technicians. Our carpets feel clean and fresh.

Wow! They amazed me how clean they got my carpets. Three dogs in the house 16 yrs An 4 yrs An 8 month old puppy . They sure did need it. Thank you for caring to do a wonderful job !

Comment: Grea t team work. Men Arrived, got right to work and completed in good time. Follow up team to re-do spot did good effort, almost clean. Second effort succeeded in remomoving bigger stain from plant pot, and top of stairs. we will certainly used your services again. Much apppreciated your follow up and follow through. Comment: Workers were very nice. Missed a couple spots in the grout that i will have to go back and get. Carpet is okay, not great, but it is very old carpet so probably did the best they could.

Comment: From the my first phone call to the service men leaving, I was so pleased! We needed a unique service having our stone floor cleaned, but Rose, Cameron, and James were so positive and helpful!

Comment: Cameron was professional and courteous and his assistant was a very hard worker.

Comment: Our technician, Trevor, was very thorough. He did a great job working on stains and moving furniture to clean underneath. Very pleased!!

Comment: Technicians arrived on time, were very courteous & did a great job removing a wine stain from my carpet. I'd use them again & highly recommend them as well.

Comment: Quality job cleaning of my carpet, including removal of years of pet stains and plumbing stains. Highly recommend their services. The whole operation was very professional from the call center to the technician.
