Comment: Very pleasant and polite young men..I was not there during cleaning. My interest is in how long the carpet maintains its looks.

Comment: Seriously, your man were so nice. I gave all 5 stars because Hydro Clean does a better job than anyone else. I used Stanley Steamers once...big mistake.

Comment: Hydro Clean is a little more expensive, but well worth it. My carpet looks like new!

Comment: Ty and James were on time and worked quickly, but professionally. Both were very personable as well. I Have used Hydro clean for many many years and am always pleased. I have recommended this company to several friends.

Comment: The technicians were professional and respectful. They communicated clearly what the cost was going to be and how long we should let the carpet dry before walking on it. So far, the carpet looks great! They even got out two mystery stains.

Comment: Both Ty and William were very professional and able to answer all my questions. They arrives within the promised time span and were very personable. My carpet looks great! Stains I have had for awhile came right up! Thanks again!

Comment: Just plain wonderful. The technicians are so kind, especially with those of us who are seniors.

Comment: I had three Hydro Clean services today. This rating is only for one of those--the dryer vent cleaning. I hope I have an opportunity to rate the other services (shower tile cleaning and carpet cleaning). My experience with those were not as positive.

Comment: The technician was very professional and thorough. He worked hard at removing some stains that I thought might not come out.

Both Techs were very nice and did a wonderful job. I was totally amazed how well they were able to clean the furniture.

Comment: Thank you soooo much!! I have been dragging my feet on this for years and so happy to have finally got it done! Very pleased with the entire experience! Amazed with the power of the equipment! I will never use a home machine again! Such a great feeling to have all of the carpets & sofa clean! Comment: service was good.. have an area in front of sofa that spots are imbedded and could not be restored. Other areas very clean.
