Comment: Highly satisfied with not only the job done but the professionalism of Wilson and the other employee (sorry I can't remember his name). Extremely nice people. Even gave the dog some pets once they were finished the job. Thank you all so much we will definitely be recommending you in the future.

I told the tech, I needed him to work a miracle and he did. Thanks Hydro for Mr. Dave Brown an his helper for doing an excellent job. I will recommend this company to my family and friends. Comment: Our technician, Wilson, was extremely pleasant, conscientious, knowledgeable and didn’t mind working hard. The results were great. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my furniture or carpet cleaning.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality Young men called yo let me know they were on the way. Were professional and dressed nicely with company logo shirts. Abided by request of masks gloves and shoe covers. Worked promptly and cleaned up behind themselves.

She explained everything in detail and was very patient while I decided on what services I wanted. The gentlemen who came to clean our home were also quite polite and friendly. Dave explained what he would do, what my expectations should be and was also very patient and kind. I look forward to using them again in the near future.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Appointment was scheduled for between 8 and 9. At 8 he called saying they'd be there about 8:30 - and that's actually when he showed up! (I'm used to it not working that way...). Got a very good price. Technician was upfront about all pricing and services. And was a lot more honest than the company that came out 2 years ago to give us a quote. We had been told then that we had mold and this technician couldn't find any. Only complaint is that the office staff doesn't seem as together. They forgot to tell me about the surcharge for each painted vent, gave me an appointment time and then called a few hours later to change it, and I got 3 copies of one email. Why it was sent 3 times I don't know. But the last two are minor issues to me.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Wilson the technician did an amazing cleaning job on our entrance landing slate tile(50 years old ), carpeted stairs, large family room basement carpet(15 years old) and our fabric on our dining room chairs. Everything looks brand new and at a great price. I priced around and found out some places will not move your furniture, gym equipment etc. Also, got a discount for mentioning I heard them on the radio. Thank you, Sue

Comment: Great customer service Christina was great. I tried this company as a first timer initially I was debating using Stanly steamer. But I’m glad I chose Hydro Clean. I have to admit their initial service cleaning could have been better but I equate this to the junior representative they sent out to clean my carpet. However, I notified them that there were still noticeable stains remaining and the without hesitation, Hydo Clean sent a more Sr. representative and he did a excellent job. I was very please and satisfied. I would highly recommend Hydro Clean. Their a great company that takes pride in putting the customer first to assure the customer is happy 100% satisfied. 2 thumbs up. 👍.

UPDATED REVIEW: After expressing significant quality concerns, it is clear that Hydro Clean cares about its reputation and the quality of its final product. After we had an issue with the first restoration attempt, Stephen, the owner, was prompt in responding to our concerns and quickly came up with a plan to correct things. John came to fix the problems we expressed and we couldn't be happier with the results. He made two visits -- one to survery the problems where he told us his plan and how he would correct things and the second to make the repairs/adjustments. This is a company willing to work with their customers to make things right and that is a rare trait in companies today. We would work with Hydro Clean Restoration again.
