Comment: We have been using Hydro-Clean for over 5 years for carpet and furniture cleaning. Their employees are well trained and courteous and they do a great job of cleaning up after the mess created by our 3 dogs.

Comment: We used the carpet cleaning service. It was easy to schedule and the technician arrived on time. We are very happy with the service and how our carpets looked afterwards.

Comment: Used carpet cleaning services..great technician. Neat, attention to detail , and professional manner. Technician Suggested that they clean another area as it would be included in the minimum fee.

Comment: Ed and Cameron were wonderful technicians. They were polite competent and very professional. Prices were made clear and itemized. We are repeat customers, but this is the first time we had furniture cleaned. It looks great. Thank you to Christina for squeezing us in before the holiday!

Comment: I have used Hydro Clean for other services including upholstery cleaning. I have always been satisfied with the quality of their work and their commitment to providing excellent customer service. The team called and let me know their arrival time the morning of my scheduled cleaning. The techs were courteous, introduced themselves with a hand shake. They did a thorough clean of the carpets. I will definitely call on Hydro Clean again.

Comment: I've used Hydro Clean for a few things over the past 15 years--duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning. Generally, good customer service, quality work. I had one bad experience with the window cleaning, but they were quick to try to resolve it.

Comment: This was our first experience with Hydro Clean and we couldn't be more satisfied. We have been using a nationally-known cleaning service till now and just have been disappointed. We are amazed at the difference in our carpets! They look as they did when they were laid. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

Comment: The visit exceeded my high expectations. Edrick showed great professionalism, knowledge and skill in removing tough stains. He was very courteous and worked very hard to achieve results which exceeded my expectations.

Comment: Had my carpeting cleaned by Hydro Clean in July after my dog had a serious spell of sickness. Fabulous job and two great technicians. Person that usually does my sunroom windows went out of business. Saw Hydro Clean does windows and called them. Person arrived on time and did a great job on the sunroom windows. Would give Hydro Clean an excellent recommendation for its personnel and the work they do.

Comment: This is my first time using Hydro Clear. They arrived at the house before me, but still accommodated my request. They were able to answer additional questions concerning other services they render. I would like to use David again for further services. Thanks for this opportunity to share my views.

Comment: This was the first time we used Hydro Clean after hearing about it on WBAL and our parents referring us. The technicians were great, and they were extremely professional. The cleaning went perfectly and our carpets look brand new again. We will definitely be coming back to use Hydro Clean in the future on remaining areas of the house.

Comment: Brandon and Mike were excellent!! They did a great job and would use them again. Had all carpets and rugs cleaned.

Comment: Tech did a great job trying to get candle wax out of rug. Both techs were professional and friendly.

Comment: I use them years ago when we were moving my mother. I've been getting emails ever since. I finally needed them and use them again. I'm pleased with their services.

Though I have been a long-term 15+ year customer for carpet cleaning, this was the first time I had my dryer duct cleaned. Hydro Clean provided the same superior service. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Better yet, when they left, there was no trace that they had even been in my home (other than a clean dryer vent). Hydro Clean is the only company I choose!
