They were thorough, friendly and even took extra care to accommodate our pet during their time in our home. I will definitely be using Hydroclean again in the future !

Tech was personable, arrived on time, and did a thorough job. He asked if I wanted to have my couches cleaned as well but was not pushy when I declined, he simply acknowledged my ability to call back when I was ready.

My tech, Tryvone, was the absolute best. He called before he came to confirm appointment. He showed up on time and walked me through my home and verified prices before he started. He moved light furniture and even one or two heavy boxes, to make sure all carpet areas got touched and were cleaned. He even asked me to go behind him to make sure he did not miss a spot and it was to my liking. At the end he found a package deal to put me in that was much lower than agreed upon, that was not tied to any contracts for future service. I will definitely be using them for my end of summer cleaning as well! I used them for early Spring cleaning of my 5br home!

Hydroclean has excellent customer service. The staff is professional, responsive and friendly. My carpets, rugs, and furniture were cleaned by Josh. He did an amazing job and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them and will use the company again in the future.

I had a great experience with Hydroclean recently when their Teflon application was not quite enough for my dog's diarrhea. The staff had no problem promptly making an appointment to deal with the stains for free per warranty. Josh West arrived, and he did an excellent job! He was also empathetic (and friendly to my dog!) and did a thorough job of cleaning the stains. He was great. And the Teflon warranty is still in effect for the rest of the year!
