• Comment: Cameron did a great job! He arrived on time, and called to let me know he was on his way. He used foot guards, so didn’t track any mud in our house since it was raining. Only took 1 1/2 hours to clean all of our carpets, including stairs, and even an area rug. The carpets are so clean they look new, there is no chemical smell so I was able to stay home with the baby without any concerns, and they all dried in just a few hours. We had someone come clean our chimney at the same time (from another company) and the guy stepped on our freshly cleaned rug and tracked mud on it. (I was so upset!) Cameron had JUST finished packing his equipment, but when I showed him what the other guy had done, he happily unpacked the equipment and cleaned the muddy footprint. Talk about customer service. Seriously, you don’t get that kind of consideration from people anymore. Thank you so much for great service. I will definitely hire you again in the future.
