  Appointment was scheduled for between 8 and 9. At 8 he called saying they'd be there about 8:30 - and that's actually when he showed up! (I'm used to it not working that way...). Got a very good price. Technician was upfront about all pricing and services. And was a lot more honest than the company that came out 2 years ago to give us a quote. We had been told then that we had mold and this technician couldn't find any.
  
  Only complaint is that the office staff doesn't seem as together. They forgot to tell me about the surcharge for each painted vent, gave me an appointment time and then called a few hours later to change it, and I got 3 copies of one email. Why it was sent 3 times I don't know. But the last two are minor issues to me.
