  My townhome was due for a late Spring cleaning. I had never had my ducts cleaned but suspected them to be an issue with the uptick in how quickly things became dusty in the house after cleaning.
  
  I had previously gotten my LR carpets cleaned by Hydroclean but decided after 8.5 years I'd get it all cleaned. In back to back days, Chris L took care of both days jobs with a companion each day. Chris was communicative and clear when he'd arrive in the assigned time window and did so as expected.
  
  During each job he was clear with me what he was going to do and explained the steps they would take. During duct cleaning they were careful moving the equipment and picked up after themselves. During carpet cleaning, Chris paused after each room and allowed me to review and ensure I was satisfied with the task.
  
  Overall, Chris L was courteous, professional, diligent, thorough, and communicative. My second experience with Hydroclean will not be my last!
